Business Model

We develop great ideas and concepts into real products that do real work and have a market. It’s our experience that the solutions to most problems exist already in component form and are only in need of putting the right components together. Often the failure of developing a complete solution that can be productized and monetizing it with revenues is not the components used but the architecture of how they are assembled – whether its software code, firmware, PCBA components or hardware.

At Prairie Innovators, we pride ourselves in being able to match the right components with each other and bring the right people together to deliver a final solution to a problem waiting to be solved. We find a way around every obstacle even if we have to chew glass and run through walls to make it happen. While we may not always invent an important necessary component to a final solution, the combination of that piece with another piece in a novel way to create a new function or utility is patent able and unique. This ability to put the puzzle pieces together often results in a never-seen-before product or solution. And along the way we create value through creating intellectual property assets and profits for our partners and shareholders.

We have our own projects that contain proprietary and protected IP and we partner with others to create new entities developing new products and solutions. And we never architect or create just because we can or like to play in the technology sandbox. We ALWAYS innovate to solve a specific problem in a specific market or market segment.
