Paul has built, advised, and scaled startup and emerging growth companies from initial concept and capital formation through commercialization and profitability. He specializes in bringing breakthrough technologies to market — translating innovation into viable, revenue-generating products — and helping growth-stage companies expand market share through disciplined execution.
He is a proven leader, innovator, and inventor with numerous patents issued globally. Among his most recognized inventions are the Intelligent Computer Cable, winner of the “Best Gadget” award at the International CES, and the Intelligent Towing Plug, along with other IP-based solutions deployed across multiple industries. His work has been featured in television programs, print and digital media, industry reports, and bestselling technology books.
Paul brings experience across a broad range of sectors and provides advisory services to Boards of Directors and C-suite executives worldwide. He has served as a featured keynote speaker at IEEE and other entrepreneurial conferences, leading workshops and seminars for inventors, engineers, scientists, and emerging entrepreneurs on innovation strategy and commercialization.
Outside of business, Paul is an avid outdoorsman and tennis player. He is a nationally ranked 55+ player. He completed the 38-mile trek up to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal and summited Mt. Kala Patthar at 18,500 feet. He is pictured here with his Sherpa friend, Ram.
